You're a mercenary captain working the contracts nobody else will take. Your handler Nikki finds the work; company officer Karl signs the cheques. Break blockades, rescue stranded miners, escort cargo through raider space, and climb toward a showdown with the pirate warlord Captain Bastard.
Die out there and you lose your gear, your cargo and half your credits. The company keeps your data cores, ship unlocks and star charts, so every run pushes you further in.

What you're flying into
Command a wing
Launch fighters and mining drones, assign them targets, and keep them alive. Your wing is your edge when you're outnumbered.
Build your loadout
Flak, phalanx, plasma, MIRVs, blades. Mix your weapons, manage their heat, and find what works for your ship.
Contracts, not grind
Pick missions from the star map: blockades, rescues, escorts, assaults. Every contract has bonus objectives worth chasing.
Death has a price
Lose your gear, cargo and half your credits. Keep your data cores, ship unlocks and nav data. Then get back out there.

Every ship, asteroid and explosion is procedural vector art, rendered in light. No sprites anywhere.
